School Development and Vision Planning
  • Adhering to the order of the principal, presiding over the school's academic affairs.

  • Compile the school calendar and educational affairs rules and regulations application books, work plans, and implement the assessment effectively.
  • Counseling the teaching team, registration team, and information team of the office to carry out relevant administrative teaching business.
Academic Development and Curriculum Research
  • Preside over various work meetings of the Academic Affairs Office.
  • Arrange subjects for administrators, tutors and subject teachers.
  • Plan school affairs meetings, school year meetings and curriculum development meetings, field meetings, and lesson preparation for winter and summer vacations.
  • Develop the teaching observation plan and the content of the teaching seminar for the school year.
  • Arrangements and work planning for intern tutors.
Teacher Professional Development Assessment and Continuation
  • Perform class teaching inspection and guidance business.
  • Promote peer mentorship and quality teaching research.

  • Compile the school year curriculum teaching plan.
  • Review instructional implementation research proposals for each KLA.
  • Arrange subjects for administrators, tutors and subject teachers.
  • Teaching class hours and course arrangement; class and teacher schedule arrangement.
Teacher Professional Development and Lesson Planning
  • Conduct teacher research and development.
  • Arrange and coordinate teachers to teach and compile class schedules.
  • Deal with short-term (within three months) substituting, substituting and remedial lessons.
  • Compile and compile relevant substituting hours.
Handling various teaching and student affairs
  • Student after-school care survey and teacher planning.
  • Handle self-education application and counseling at home.

System, network and information equipment management and maintenance
  • Plan, set up, manage and maintain the campus network.
  • Set up, manage and maintain school computer classrooms, digital centers and computer room servers
  • Planning and implementation of campus and administrative computerization business (each network server, bell host, monitoring host, accountant, cashier, personnel, library management system, health system planning and installation)
  • Produce various web pages of the school, present the achievements of school affairs in web pages, and educate and train colleagues to make related websites.

  • Integrating, keeping and reviewing survey statistics of student status information and various information reports of graduates.

  • Handle learning support services.
  • Receipt and compilation of various student subsidy application forms for each semester.
